If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will proceed the return.

✔ All jewelry must be returned unworn with no evident signs of being used, in their original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
✔ We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
✔ Once we receive the UNWORN item and check it is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to you. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry will be carefully packed in beautiful white boxes or velvet jewelry bags.
To reduce waste, we often put an order with multiple pieces in one or two jewelry bags. If you would like your order to be packed separately or if only part of your order is intended as a gift, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll be happy to pack them separately or in gift boxes.
❤ LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT
For parcels that are shipped with tracking number, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking (Standard shipping is not trackable), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.
